Status Code
Description
NEW
New SR is created and it’s not yet assigned to approver /owner.

QUEUED
SR Ticket was submitted to a person or a group (Service Desk). This is for a SR where the approvers are not yet predefined and the standard operation to fulfill the requests are not yet defined.
WAITINGAPPROVAL
SR is routed to approver(s) and it’s pending their approval
APPROVED
When SR is approved by approver(s). SR will be routed to Implementer Team
REJECTED
SR is rejected.
RESOLVED
When SR is completed, the status will be changed to resolved

CLOSED
When Requester confirm that SR is completed, requester can close the SR When a ticket is closed, you cannot change the status.
