Because the companies are often overwhelm with that of different resumes with the different formats at any time they post a job, hence they will routinely turn to that of an electronic ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), which scans almost all resumes that comes in and displays the top candidates to a breathing human being.
Even more studies and the reports are identified that which have shown that up to 75% of the qualified candidates who are rejected by many of the Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) programs, the reason for that is they are not found to be readable.
Here some of the tips to build a resume are described below, that the applicants need to follow:
Formatting:
The resume whatever the applicants do have is not the place to get more innovative. Hence, the candidate need to collect different types of creative resumes all together and choose the best one of them.
Must use a .txt or .doc format:
The candidate should not use either a .pdf format or other than that. The “Applicant Tracking Systems” only reads the modified text and often mistakes that are present in the .pdf documents are more greater.
Do not embrace tables or else graphics on the candidate’s resume:
They entirely lose the ability of the system to get information from their resume, that is all the details whatever the candidate have updated in the resume which in turn causes the ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to simply reject that candidate.
Do not use resume templates:
The templates that are often use of the formatting tricks that whichever are hidden to the eye, but they found to be very real to the ATS.
First list out the names of the employers and the dates that the candidate have been worked there:
This is termed to be as that of a big deal. If at all when they see the date in advance the employer, there is a possibility to get confused and reject the resumes.
Upload their Resume rather than typing it in:
Even if the candidate copy the text directly from their resumes and then paste it into the actual computerized system, then the candidate will be given more preference by the ATS.
Keywords
Like all the other search systems, nowadays ATS programs are found that it is becoming more sophisticated. Therefore, it’s more important to use of all the keywords appropriately and correctly.
Include unique keywords.
Instead of using the different generic keywords again and again, then take a good look at the job posting that which the candidate is responding to and then find the same kind of (unique) keywords that the employer is using over and over.
For example, just make use of the word “Marketing” is weak. But using the keywords  like “Event Promotion and Marketing”, if they show up all the data  in a posting, which resembles that it is strong.
Learn the corporation’s culture
Every firm hereafter found to have its own “corporate speak” which is used more within the business walls than in everyday speech. So if the candidate know pretty well about the company uses phrases and the words like cadence, back schedule or else strategic brief which they sprinkle them in.
