Roles and Responsibilities

Change Manager 
  • Receive, log, allocate on priority.
  • Table all meetings and issues agenda.
  • Authorize acceptable changes.
  • Testing and Implementation.
CAB Member
  • CAB is the body that authorizes, assist change management.
Challenges
